Went in to simply switch a sim card, and was met by a girl who was very sick (cold/flu) to assist us. She quickly got onto promoting a wireless speaker system that we were obviously not interested in. She kept talking about it and even stopped what she was doing in helping us to get her phone to connect to the speaker so she could play a song for us. After again reminding her that we were not interested, she even took up more time cause she couldnt figure out how to work bluetooth, so she called over another employee to help her set it up and play that song she so needs us to hear. The song finally plays, and even if I was in the market for something of the sorts, the quality wasnt that great. So a bit of a fail on all ends so far. She also had issues with the sim card switching task, which Ive had done a number of times before, but again, her gadgets werent "working" for her correctly. I will not go back into this location. I much rather go into the mall locations. The employee may be very new cause she did not seem to know how to properly navigate her stuff. Maybe it was bad training, or she isnt very tech savvy. Regardless, this isnt what I expect from my mobile carrier when it comes to face-to-face customer service.

This store is only friendly, courteous, and helpful if you walk in with your credit card in hand ready to purchase a new phone or device. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for years and have been disrespected not once but TWICE at this location. Any issues regarding your bill or illegitimate charges and their smile and warmth turns to shuns and ignorance of how the system works. A closed, and paid, account of mine was mistakenly sent to collections because THIS STORE did not cancel the account in their system properly. After watching the sales reps and managers converge at the checkout counter for over 15 minutes I was finally "helped" by the same sales woman that sold me my iPhone a few weeks prior. I left completely frustrated and appalled at the amount of excuses that were thrown at me for why she could not help. Her only helpful tip offered was to print off my current bill and to write the account and customer service number on the copy. She even had the audacity to tell me she was not going to charge me for printing my bill off of her tablet, as if such a charge would be warranted. Will NOT be back at this location for help, or lack of, in the future!!

The people are friendly when you walk in to buy their services and products, but that is it. I have been with them for a year and still havent received all my bill credits for signing up. I dealt with Bob originally but he will not return my calls or emails. I went to the store to talk to him and he wouldnt come out from the back to talk to me about it. I have talked to 4 different people since then and none of them have called me back about it. I called Corporate office and they didnt know what to do and passed me off back to the local store. If I didnt pay them they would shut my service off right away. It is a business account I set up with them and have never heard from the business side manager. Horrible customer service. I am done with AT&T after this.

I hadnt been in the store in 9 months but otherwise have been paying my bill on time for my iPhone 2G. My mother-in-law changed something on the account which would have ended up costing me a fortune... I called corporate and they said I would have to physically go to the store (which is always packed BTW). I call my old friend Bill up and he took care of it in less time than I was on hold with corporate. I told him if I upgrade to the 3G I am calling him!

Do not use this location!!! Refused me service when I showed up just a few minutes before closing on a Sunday, yet there were still other customers in the store. Very rude staff. This was not the first incident. One other time I stopped to purchase an accessory for my wifes phone and the guy was not familiar with what I was looking for, even though it was something that came with the phone.

Ive come here on multiple occasions and have no complaints! Wait time is pretty long normally, however the excellent service makes up for it. The associates are very friendly as well! I recently switched to the iPhone 7 which they didnt have in store, however it only took 3 days to get it shipped to my house!

I had to switch from Cincinnati Bell when they dropped their wireless division and was really expecting a complete hassle. Well, it couldnt have been easier. I was able to keep my phone and Brandon had me up and running and out the door with a great plan in no time. AT&T coverage has been excellent.

I went in to upgrade my phones to iPhones but there was an issue with my account that happened about 1 year ago when I first moved here. But JW, a sales rep there was very helpful and took care of me even though my young daughter was screaming and being a regular terror at the store. Thanks again.

Really disappointed. Went in to switch to AT&T and buy 4 phones. Waited 30 minutes just to watch 2 people that were well under us on the waiting list to get helped before us. I went to tell the woman to take us off the list and she didnt even care to ask why we were leaving. Not impressed at all.
