I used hobby lobby in Florence, ky to have a map framed for a Christmas gift. They did a wonderful job on the framing, if I were rating just the craftsmanship and quality, I would give 5 stars. However, I was very displeased with their respect for the customer. I was left waiting in line at the frame desk for over an hour. When my turn came, I was informed that I would have to come back the next day because it was too close to closing time to complete the order and I would have to come back the next day. I would have understood if I had just showed up 20 minutes before close, but the framing specialist knew I had been standing there the whole time and was for the most part, unapologetic about the situation. At the very least she could have told me this before I wasted over an hour of my time.

I shop here regularly as it is close to my home. The managers are very rude. The employees are rude and not helpful. I asked a question last week and an employee acted as if I asked her to raise my three children. It is rare that someone ask if you need help with anything. I am sure management is so awful they all hate their jobs. My understanding is it is a Christian ran operations...not sure these people have Christian attitudes. I will no longer shop here and will drive out of my way to shop at surrounding Hobby Lobby stores. Tuesday Morning is next door...go there people and dont waste your time.

The employees were very rude, and the manager was as well. Me and my girlfriend were accused of stealing when, one we arent those kind of people and two we didnt even have anything in our possession. This place has a lot but I prefer Michaels over this place, dont go to Hobby Lobby unless you want to be accused of stealing.

One of my favorite stores. Lines can get long if you go at prime times on Saturday and on holidays. Shoot for the odd hours to get in and out quickly.
