Used to love Heart Strings, but it has really gone downhill. Bought a raincoat for my mom for Mothers Day and they said it would be done in 1 week. Called each week to check on it and was told it would be done the next week. One month later, found out they LOST the coat that had been monogrammed weeks before! I wish they would have been honest about what happened initially. They also have no record of the color/monogram I wanted and after all of this I dont trust them to pick it out, so I have to go back in to remake all the decisions. What kind of business is this unorganized?! So disappointed. Time to find a new place for monogrammed attire!

Just left heartstrings and because I was carrying a large bag( my sons diaper bag). The owner came out to my car and asked to look in my bag because supposedly a employee thought I had stole. I did not steal!!!! It really pissed me off. If they are that concerned with a stealing problem they need to have a place to keep peoples bags while they are shopping!!! Also they shouldnt be approaching people unless they are sure they took something.

This place has pretty things but if you go in this store youd better be dressed to impress otherwise you are treated like a criminal. This happened to a friend of mine. The owners actions were over the top . She was dressed to go to her job and was immediately treated like a second class citizen . This store has lost some good customers due to her actions
