Ill admit to being a bit grumpy by the time I got to the restaurant today. Things got worse when I walked in and went to the counter cleary marked "Carry Out Orders & Pick-Up." There were two hostesses there discussing a schedule and the side work listed on the back of the schedule. They completely ignored me for the first several minutes I was standing there. Then finally the older of the two asked me (in a haughty tone) "Can I help you?" I told her I was here to pick up an order I had called in. She gave me a look like I had just slapped her. "I cant help you with that...you need to see her." And she pointed at the poor cashier. So I got in line, my food arrived and I paid my bill. At this point I decided to add some drinks to my order. When the drinks arrived they were the size of a small coffee cup. I asked if this was the largest cup available and I was told yes. They looked like 10oz cups and you guys were going to charge me $2 each! And when I got back to work with the food everything was cold. I work less than a mile away from your store. Dont worry, I wont be coming back.

I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience with any Cracker Barrel....until I visited this one. First, we had 4 different waitresses come to the table and none of them were able to get what was requested (napkins, drink, bread, etc.) within a reasonable amount of time. To be honest, the hostess was the most helpful and its not even her job. The food was cold and tasted horrible. It was also easy to see how dirty the glasses and silverware were. Needless to say it was very poor service and very poor quality. We left and went somewhere else. I plan to eat at Cracker Barrel again but it will not be this one. I advise anyone considering this restaurant to find another one. Complete waste of money!

The service was not so good after we sat down. our waitress was friendly but that doesnt make for good service. Once we got our French toast and pancakes the waitress said I will be right back with the syrup. Literally 3 minutes later the syrup came. Then after the kids were done with there juice boxes we asked for water for the kids and it came over 5 minutes later. No service was on point or quick. my coffee cup even sat almost empty for 10 minutes before refill. Just not a good experience. For a $37.34 check the service was not that good to cost this much. more than likely not going to be returning.

The camp-style chicken meal was delicious, and the service was prompt and courteous. Moreover, the portion size is a great value because you get a half-chicken with sweet corn on the cob, red skin potatoes, onions and tomato wedges. Another plus is the side serving of cornbread muffins and biscuits with butter all included for the same price. I wish this were a regular item instead of a seasonal one, but I will definitely come back when it is on the menu next year Although the restaurant was packed our food came out quickly, an everything was cooked to perfection.

My very first time going to this location was awesome thanks to my server, David! I rarely go out to get food because of dietary restrictions, but my boyfriend and our friends wanted to go out for breakfast this past weekend. I always try to be super easy and just get whatever salad seems the easiest to order without meat or dairy, but I always feel like a giant pain in the butt no matter what! But David was so kind and understanding and helped me figure out exactly what my options are and didnt make me feel like a burden at all!! He rules!

Honestly not a huge fan of this common country themed highway staple, but the staff made our experience pleasant. We ordered a couple kids meals of Mac and cheese and broccoli to-go that were well prepared and we were quickly on the way. This particular Cracker Barrel is right off the exit, but poor signage or my lack of direction caused me to miss the turn and have to do a u-turn to get to it. We would stop again here just for the clean restrooms and friendly employees.

Great Cracker Barrel! Big parking lot, very friendly staff, lots of kind folks, well kept store, fresh hot food, and it works well for travelers/students/professionals/retirees/etc! This is very reflective of the demographics of Murfreesboro and everybody I saw here seemed to be having a good time. They even seated me at a table with a checker board on it! I had great waitresses help me and the man at the checkout was nice too! 5 stars

Came in for lunch and wanted red eye gravy rather than sawmill gravy. I was informed they no longer have red eye gravy. They quit having it six months ago. Ive been here within the last six months and had the red eye gravy sooooo Im not sure what the problem is. I have been coming to CB since they opened and this is the only time Ive been denied red eye gravy. Wth!!! It may be a very long time until I return.

Cracker Barrel is a mandatory place for me to visit for a great breakfast whenever Im in the United States. The atmosphere is so nice! I like to sit close to the fire and enjoy my coffee and pancakes. Food is really good and served hot! If you have any space left for dessert - try the apple cobbler :D

Usually i have no complaints on any cracker barrel. This time, my chicken was soggy bc the side items were put on the plate with it instead of in a bowl where they were supposed to be and the food wasnt hot. Overall, its not enough wrong for me not to go back. Was just disappointed this time

Decades of going to CB and for the first time they didnt have oatmeal. "They sold the 50 portions they had made" doesnt explain why when they got to say 10 portions they couldnt make more. Otherwise all was well. Want a 10, dont run out or well head to Waffle House.

Currently eating here and celebrating Fathers Day! Our server Micah is top notch!!! Best service I can remember having in a very long time! I could go on and on about him, but I think you get my point! If you ever visit, see if he is working and request his area!!!!

This is unacceptable. I ordered my food at 11:45 and I got my food at 12:15. What the hell were they doing the whole time? It does not take 30 minutes to make pancakes and eggs especially when there wasnt that many customers. I am very dissatisfied.
