Great restaurant chain to come to for some delicious comfort food at reasonable prices. The interior of the restaurant is really nice, with a woody and old fashioned theme to the whole place. Consequently, noises reflect harshly off the walls and make it a very loud restaurant when full of people. Getting into the restaurant involves walking through a dangerous gift shop, the danger coming from the incessant begging of children wanting all of the neat trinkets to cancel out the great deal you got on your meal. The portions vary significantly between dishes. Some will be just enough to make you comfortable, and other dishes will have you packing a box to go. The Campfire Chicken is half a chicken seasoned and steamed in a foil wrapping. Its a significant amount of food and it tastes like a pretty healthy meal all together. If you dont like bones, dont get this one. The Cracker Barrel Sampler is a little bit of a few of Cracker Barrels most basic food items - ham, chicken and dumplings, and meatloaf. As far as sides go, we have a rule that you dont go to Cracker Barrel and not get the Fried Okra. It is easily the best side on the menu. When they ask you what you want for your three sides, tell them you want fried okra for all three. You wont regret it.

Experience was fine. Consistency of food wasnt. I am a french toast fanatic & when the dish came out & each piece had batter missing from it. Showed it to the waitress (of whom was very professional) & she told the manager of my disappointment of the quality of my food. We were expecting a visit from her so that I could show her. No visit.... so we pried the waitress of the managersreply... "oh well. The batter didnt cover the bread completely. " The waitress offered to replace my food-kind gesture- but by the time I would get my replacement my family would have been done eating and they would be waiting on me. & Being that we are traveling, on a deadline... so I ate. I asked the waitress to ask the manager to take a plain piece of bread and dunk it in syrup and eat it. Moments later the waitress returned & removed my meal from the tab (not expected) we just wanted to show the manager the quality. We left a healthy tip for the waitress with warm holiday wishes. Disappointed more with the manager more than the food.!

So the food is good and that is where it stops. First off trying to even find a seat you are sandwiched in the front store lobby elbow to elbow or closer to find out there is a huge wait. The fire marshall needs to stop by and check out occupancy. If there was a fire there is no way everyone could get out. Dining is the same way. Make sure you are practically sitting on your table because if you move your chair even two inches you are backing into another person at a table. I will say the wait staff tries to get orders right as best as they can. Way to many people at one time for an enjoyable dining experience and since then we have removed them for a usual dining spot. I would do the same.

The food was very good, I enjoyed my meal and so did the rest of my 16-person party. Speaking of, the waiter and waitresses handled us very well. Chad was our primary waiter but I cant remember the waitresses names. I like Cracked Barrel Syrup a lot, and I was leaving with 3 bottles. This extremely nice lady (she was older, and she had about 5 stars on her apron) that I believe was named Jane offered me a bag for them! It made my day. Unfortunately I was just passing through, but I would visit again!

Good place to go eat, just dont get near the old people, they will turn you into a zombie that always feels the urge to dine and loiter at Cracker Barrel. Im serious, I got there and saw thousands of old people sitting on the rocking chairs in front that are for sale. The manager had to go outside and shoe them away for loitering and sitting but not buying the rockers. So they took their insulin and headed inside to eat piles and heaps of biscuits and gravy and chicken and duplins!

I was seated and then had to wait over 30min before a server even came over. It was not even busy. No legit excuse was given and they did not even to offer a free drink or desert! No manager came over nothing. I traveled from California to come here. I was not impressed with the service the food was good. But when I come back to visit my family I will not come to this place again!

If You Are Black Or Hispanic This Place Is Not Welcoming You At All Its 2016 & We Still Cant Sit Comfortable In A Restaurant & Enjoy Food & Family I Was Disgusted By the Performance We Waited 30 Minutes For A Server Who Never Showed After We Were Seated In Between Two Customers Who Obviously

The food was delicious. They definitely have some of the best breakfast around. Much cheaper and tastier than other breakfast places. Our servers name was David, and hes one of the best servers Ive ever had. He was quick to get us anything we needed and quick to answer any questions.

Slow service. Was in a group of about 11 and orders were wrong multiple times. My meal was not ordered therefore missing all together. When it finally did arrive it wasnt even mine but my cousins and he had already eaten the first one.

I love Cracker Barrels large variety of meal options and they serve breakfast all day, everyday. I think the 2 highlights of Cracker Barrel are their Rocking Chairs and the Gift Shop. Also not very expensive and the service is fantastic.

Staff was excellent. The food...not so good. Eggs were stone cold and the gravy had way too much flour or starch in it. I poured it out of the bowl onto my biscuits and it went "plop", leaving nothing behind in the bowl.

The food and service are consistent. If anything, thats a big consideration in my rating. Ive never had a bad experience at this location. Waits can look long, but the staff do some magic to get people in and out quickly.

This shop is similar to any Cracker Barrel I have visited. Food is always good and very consistent. Waitress was good and the manager came to check on us multiple times, which was appreciated. Facility was very clean.

Right off the expressway your average Cracker Barrel. Only this Cracker Barrel took a half hour to get waited on and an hour for the food. When youre on a road trip you want to break but not that long of a break.

Cracker Barrel is like an old well loved blanket. Comfortable, predictable, and cozy. Its not the place for a peak culinary experience, but the service is fine, the prices reasonable, the food abundant.

It wasnt great! We love stopping at Cracker Barrels when we travel. Not today! The service was horrible and the food was different. This location is not worth stopping at. It was truly disappointing.
