Horrid phone customer service. The woman that I was speaking to rudely told me that she was too busy to answer my questions because she was helping other customers. In my opinion, when you are speaking to someone on the phone from your place of employment, that person IS your customer and should be treated as well as a customer who is standing in your presence. I cant imagine that they are THAT busy!! I will give my business to someone else who has the time to spend on their customers.

Went in looking for supplies for DIY wedding invitations. Tom the store manager was extremely informative! He had a lot of suggestions, and even showed us a demo on how to use one of their products. I highly recommend for anyone looking to either do their own wedding stationary or have it done in house. Very friendly staff!
