POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gave my Meisturstruck for repairs in September. I was told itll take 2 weeks. Instead it took 2 and half months. There was no effort to make up for this incompetence or the loss of my time. The staff is simply acting like spoilt brats, with a pompous and constipated demeanor, and a stiff upper lip. Pathetic glittering shiny place.

Beautiful selection of writing instruments with that iconic snow cap on the top of that gorgeous resin pen. the platinum nibs are outstanding and look amazing. I am a big fan of Montblanc.
