This liquor store is now called "Northwood liquor" if Im not mistaken. While they dont quite have the selection of a Gomers they have a solid selection including varied brewers and interesting seasonal selections. They even have a few wines to sample once a week. The customer service is always helpful; Theyre incredibly friendly and recognize their frequent flyers and occasional patrons alike.

The fat white lady is gone and along with all the other terrible people you might remember. But now there is a turkish tyrant running amuck firing people willy nilly. And there is one weirdo that still hangs out there too.

New bunch of people working there now (Oct 2012) - still rude & unhelpful though, so not much has changed. Reasonable selection and fairly decent prices though
