Ice cream is always good, but I wasnt all that impressed with the service. The person serving us was constantly trying to up-sell. If we asked for a "like it" size, he would try to get us to buy the "love it" size. He also asked us "which kind of waffle bowl we wanted" when we didnt ask for a waffle bowl, and we wanted "just" a cup. Also tried to get us to buy a bottle of water while we were checking out. Im fine with being presented with all of the options, but when already spending $6+ for each bowl of ice cream, its a little annoying to be asked to buy more and more at every turn.

I worked here for only a couple months before I discovered that the owners steal tips from the employees. They pray on the high school kids who do not question authority. They make them go to meetings on Saturday mornings without pay, and they threaten to garnish employee wages for fines their business accrues. The owners are Not to be trusted. Parents do not let your kids work here and really, the ice cream isnt all that good. Take your business elsewhere, these folks dont deserve it.

Service needs to be better. Girl behind the counter was getting off for the day after making my Fiancée and my ice cream. She tried to rush through making our treat and we had to correct her. At the register she handed me a receipt to sign and said "sign this quickly" and kept acting like she was ready to go. I understand the thrill of being off work for the day but you need to be more patient with your customers.

I did not have a good experience here. The employee Melisa threw a spoon at me. The employee Grace messed up my smoothie and the second one was still mostly ice. Also when I asked if they could sing a song they protested angrily. The current coldstone is not the cold stone I remember.

Usually a good experience but their hours are listed wrong. I drove for ten minutes to get there a quarter to 10, but they said they closed at 9. They made no attempt to accommodate us at all. Was disappointing.

Very disappointed, drove over 15 min to get some ice cream because hours listed said they close at 10 pm on Sunday . Got there at 9:30 , just to be greeted by an annoyed employee that did nothing to accommodate !

The quality and craftsmanship is great. The price isnt as great. They got rid of the free ice cream on your birthday offer, from my understanding.

We reached the store at 9:02 pm on a Sunday and were told its closed. Online it was clearly mentioned its open till 10:00 pm Bad customer service.
