Horrible customer service. The manager was the one that took my order and rushed off the intercom. Of course she got my order incorrect. Sonic came out to my car 4 times and still could not get my order correct. Not one time did they come out with a pen and paper. The last employee that came out to repeat my order I told her I wanted to speak to the manager because at this time I had been waiting 30 mins. Emily went back inside and mocked me as I could see her inside. They then began to ignore me. I got out of my car and asked for the manager. She gave me attitude, told me my order had been correct all along then told me I had attitude. I requested to speak to her boss and she told me to leave the property as I did promptly.

I will never again go to the Sonic on HWY 62. We were one of the first cars there. We ordered. 15 minutes later and after everyone had left that had arrived after us. I pushed the button again to ask where our food was. She said it was coming out. 5 more minutes pass and yet not food. I pushed the button and just asked for a refund and a receipt showing the refund. wait yes another 3 minute and had to ask for the receipt yet again. The angery was rude and ugly and not professional at all. Yes i was mad but I figured I had the right to be. In 25 minutes I could have went to a restaurant and sat and ate. Never going there again.

I order at driver thru for my item and the guy asked me if I wanted my change I said yes and he only gave me .03 I told him( ashley) this was not correct change and he said he dropped it. I asked him if this is how he made money and he said sure is and shut the window and would not come to the window. Had to go back thru drive thru asked for a manger and he would not get one then i asked him for the district mangers number and he said you need to come back tomorrow. This is the rudest kid I have ever met.

There were maybe 3 other cars when I ordered a hot dog with EXTRA chili. I waited almost 20 minutes and had to push the button again to make sure they hadnt forgotten. I would have left if I hadnt already paid. I get home and see they basically gave me bread and cheese with a little scoop of chili. -_- We have 3 Sonics in Orange, and theyre all terrible. Wont be back.

Service is very slow. Both times weve ordered food from here, something has been wrong. Food does not taste good at all. Wrong toppings on hot dogs. Weve been to many other Sonic locations where the food tastes great and the service is good. Would not recommend eating food here ever.

I ordered a large Dr Pepper w/easy ice & popcorn chicken w/honey mustard. Got the drink & it was only half filled. They filled it but it was COKE! And no honey mustard. The toaster we ordered was dry. Very disappointed as I drive a truck & dont get to a sonic often.

spent 25 minutes here today after having to repeat order 4 times, she still didnt get it right, then it took 10 minutes of sitting at the window to get our food, then the food was all kinds of wrong so we had to go back and that took about 10 more minutes

Bad experience. Took a very long time, order was wrong, server wanted to see a receipt because we told him we received a corn dog instead of a hot dog. Seriously, a receipt? you just gave it to me a minute ago. Indifferent staff couldnt care less.
