I called to see if they had a battery for my car and talked to a helpful guy named Chance. He said they did and that they could install it if I came over right away. Although Chance didnt install the battery - a super helpful co-worker name Amber help me. She was fabulous - thank you so much for the crazy good service. Amber - you rock.

Ive gotten my parts here before with no problems. Was my go-to store. Today, I stopped in and was treated disrespectfully by one of the employees. I had called earlier and was left on hold (by said employee) for 20 minutes before I hung up and drove there. I dont appreciate being treated like that.
