I was roadtripping with 5 friends in my minivan when the car started shaking. As the shake grew worse, I realized we needed to get to a mechanic ASAP. Google Maps took us to Off Campus Auto Repair, and I could not have been more pleased. The service at Off Campus Auto Repair is great, they had my van in and out in less than 2 hours despite the extensive damage on my wheel. Further, the team that helped was friendly and supportive—Im not a car person, but they took the time to explain everything and didnt make me feel like an idiot when I asked questions. The cherry on top was when they happily let us take a loaner vehicle for the couple of hour we were there. I would recommend Off Campus Auto Repair very highly.

On a long road trip from South Dakota to Indianapolis, my dashboard in my vehicle let up like a Christmas tree just before Cedar Rapids, IA. We made it to Coralville and decided to stop for the night and find a shop to run a diagnostic in the morning. I was fortunate enough to choose Off Campus Auto Repair to have a look. We arrived shortly after they opened and asked if they could take a look, and although they had a full schedule for the day they were able to get me in for a diagnostic and get us back on the road quickly. Their upfront honesty, willingness to help, and thorough explanation of the codes was greatly appreciated.

I have not experienced better care from a mechanic shop. My alternator went out while on the highway and my insurance recommended I go with Off Campus Towing. Not only did they pick me and me family up in twenty minutes, they offered to fix my car and gave me a LENDER CAR free of charge for the whole weekend! My family and I felt extremely taken care of.

This is my experience. the place looks good, service is nice and fast. However, after going two times, it is clear that they do not look for cheap options for you. I woul not say dont go" if you like to spend more money thn necessary.I verheard an older couple paying 1000 for repairs.

WOW!!! Had my brakes replaced and oil changed. They know how to treat a customer. A little hard to find but well worth it. I cant say enough about how well they treated me. Clean, clean, clean... did I mention clean waiting room. I will be back.
