Worst service ever in the plumbing department. Went in for 1 fitting and spent over 20 min. The person who finally helped me actually asked what I needed, told me he was going to look for it and never came back. Found him helping someone else. Then he came back and disappeared again. He began helping someone new. After finally returning, i asked him if he could finish helping me. His reply was "What did you need again?" Needless to say I am now heading to another home improvement store to get what I need.

Decent store. Clean. The employees are very helpful, the most helpful I have seen in a long time. They know what customer service is. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because they only had one kind of flat space saving dryer vent. Also the one they had was a bit over priced for how cheaply it was made. Broke being taken out of the box. However we returned it and the employee that helped us was also great.

Went to pick up special order container ends damaged asked for tape to secure nothing falls out didnt have tape really? Said we could use shrink wrap if you really want to. How unprofessional should have already secured ends then we are asked do you want your paperwork? Yes I need it to get out also receipt for purchase reminded me why I dont stop menards.

Our local Menards store in Goshen, IN is a great store. The staff are always friendly and on the rare ocassions I cant find something and have to ask for help, a staff member will walk me over to the location even if its on the other side of the store. Menards has all the items I need at the best prices. My first choice.

Delivery service is amazing and very professional. 10/10 ! Delivery service is independent so the service is way better than the instore employees. They go above and beyond to give you a great experience. Well worth the delivery fee. Most appliances also include free hook up which is not clearly explained instore.

Found everything I was looking for. I dont like their check out system. Trying to watch the register for accurate prices, bagging your own merchandise, paying and putting the purchases back into a cart by yourself all at the same time causes backups. What happened to the cashier helping the customer?

What would it take to actually have someone answer the phone? This is terrible that we have to go through a complete menu just to ask a simple question. Not only is the customer service in the store horrible, the original first impression when calling the store is even worse!

I ordered a window for my home online and they sent me the wrong window.. I tried to return it for an exchange or money back, they would not do either. I will never shop there again, I will go to Goshen where I know Ill get better customer service

Hard to find help and when you do it is not very useful. It would be great to walk in and ask for something and have someone take you right to it. But that is probably asking to much from a big box store.

Overall great selection, but staff helpfulness is hit and miss. Ive found their online stock to be inaccurate at times, and sometimes even calling ahead to verify inventory results in a false positive.

On multiple occasions Art from Summit is always rude, has a bad attitude and is very unprofessional. Would not recommend using Art to deliver materials to your home or jobsite.
