I have been a loyal Home Depot shopper. But recently I decided to spend a little more money at the Home Depot to get new carpet versus spending less at Lowes. The reason I did this is because I have been faithful to Home Depot. To make a long story short, Home Depot really screwed my carpet order up starting from the beginning. I gave Home Depot many chances to fix the problems. I had the store manager on the phone telling him my problems and he told me to take my business to Lowes. So thats what I will be doing from now. Home Depot just lost a big customer as I am redoing my entire house right now all over $100. Its pretty sad.

We tried to find a hand truck and asked one of the staff where can we find them. He acted like never heard of this phrase and began to search from the small machine they use in hand. He said he could not find it and we explained to him. He had an attitude and said that is not called hand truck but another word instead. We followed him to the shelf and it turned out the name on the shelf showed "hand truck". So Iam wondering why he cannot find it on his searching machine???

The absolute best customer service around! They matched prices with competitor on a gas range, and went well above and beyond my expectations on everything else we needed and had questions about. Employees are very knowledgeable. Look up Johnny or Rick in appliances. Pete, a store manager and Laura, manager of appliances both pretty incredible as well! Thanks everyone for your help!

The worst customer service Ive ever encountered at a store. The old woman in blinds was incredibly rude and argued with another employee right in front of us. Not professional at all. Then she said they wouldnt match the price on a carpet, that they mislabeled. Will not be earning any of my money. Lowes is a mile away, theyll be earning all of my business.

Went to buy a new sprayer for the kitchen sink. They only had 4 to chose from. Cheapest one was $12.00 and the most expensive one was $36.00. I mean really, it is just a sprayer. No employees to ask so I had to wander up and down the aisle for a for minutes to find them. The best part of the experience was the self checkout.

Helpful staff. All the products youd expect from a Home Depot. Minor nitpicking about the store layout, as it seems to be a bit different from the many other Home Depots Ive visited. Car cleaning products are in the power tools isle next to the cordless drills?

Menards was out of the plywood I needed. Figured I would try Home Depot due to the price match. Exact same sanded plywood I needed. The only problem was it was more expensive and the quality was garbage. Found particle board that was smoother. Nit imoressed.

They have everything you need but I hate self checkout and they had one lane with a person. Everyone was in the one lane of course so its trying on the patience. No different than many other stores these days. 20 checkout lanes and one is open

Home Depot has been here since long before Veterans Parkway even existed and Lewis & Clark was called Highway 131. I always go there before Lowes just because Im more familiar with them. Their prices are pretty much always in line.

Took a friend to pick up a special order door. It was a scheduled pickup for 5PM. It took them almost an hour to find/dig out of the back! Need to serve beer if youre going to make people wait that long for a scheduled pickup.

The worse customer service. Will not be returning to Any home depot. Even the assistant manager couldnt even help us with what we needed. Waited for over an hour. But the lady at check out ( Edna) was very sweet.
