Nunca había tenido que regresar nada,pero hace dos semanas compré un reloj de pulso pero salió con el defecto de que se empañaba el cristal y fui a cambiarlo ,no hubo ningún problema nos regresaron el dinero,fuimos a escoger otro reloj y otras cosas, cuando llegamos a casa despegamos el reloj de su empaque y al tratar de ponerlo a la hora exacta se le cayó el chonguito, entonces el domingo 16-07-17 fuimos a walmart a cambiarlo pero resulta que no lo quisieron cambiar que por que la caja donde venía el reloj no correspondia a ese reloj,PERO YO CÓMO IVA A SABER ESO SI EL RELOJ VENÍA SUJETO EN ESA CAJA,Qué vergüenza, las personas que estaban a un lado nos veían como pensando que éramos unos sinvergüenzas, fue vergonzoso! !! went in after MIDNIGHT to get some supplies and they had only the self check outs open. I thought they were suppost to have at least one register open for handicap accesabile. also the way they have the carts piled up by the door the electric carts are not accessible! this is one of the few times of day i have to come out and shop, they are the closest one to me. only 5 minutes from my house. the next nearest one is in merriville a half hour away drive for us and they ALLWAYS HAVE REGISTERS OPEN AFTER MIDNIGHT! I will not use the self check out. that is not good customer service. we have complained before. we even called corprate and they said it will be investigated. the new management is trying to short cut, save payroll and making many customers upset with this. from now on we will drive the half hour to merriville and shop there! when we asked tonight about the registers the lady in front was very rude and when we said we were going to call corprate AGAIN she said "so what, go ahead I dont care." wish it would let me post a minus star!

Being a frequent customer of Walmart, I shop about 3-4 times a week. Usually if I have a question on where a product is located, I get a finger pointed in the gene direction to where the product can be found. The last few times I shopped, an employee by the name of Debbie who works in the pharmacy has gone out of her her way to actually show me where the product I was looking for was at instead of pointing in the direction of where it is . Today i was in the store and could not locate an item and I saw Debbie and asked her where it was located, she took me to the product and I later found out she finished her shift and was shopping on her own time but took the time to help me out and I appreciate that. I normally dont write reviews, but in this instance it needs to be known that Debbie is a valuable employee and Walmart needs more employees like her!!

24 hrs is a joke.. If you need help with anything your told they dont do that after 10. Even at 10:05.. Customer service is closed at 10. Jewelry section closes at 10. Dressing rooms close at 10. And no one seems to be able/willing to help you and will happily bash the company for this.. Very rude. I needed help and actually had the lady roll her eyes at me. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she scoffed at me androlled her eyes again as she yelled across the front of the store.. Very unprofessional. The manager was nice enough and was willing to help me but informed me that normally after 10 they dont do most things and to remember it for next time... Not sure if this is a Wal-Mart in general thing or just this location. Gave them 2 stars because it is a relatively clean store and I eventually did get help with what I needed.

We use to spend plenty of time & money at this location. Living close by, it was super convenient & always had what we needed. Then it happened.... On or about 2006-07 things changed. The general manager wasnt pleasant, he hired some ghetto employees, & then in stock items were never plentiful. The clientele became scary, employees stocking shelves looked like bums and used profanity while general public walked by, and just about everything was dirty. Fast forward to today and yeah, there was a remodel but the shoppers are really sketchy. I dont know where the element comes from but shopping here reminds me that "Im not in Kansas anymore". What a shame.

There is always a line, even in the 20 items or less. Always have 20 registers but only 2-3 open. I asked for assistance on taking a heavy item to the register and the rep brings us the cart to lift it ourselfs. lady at the register doesnt even ask if we need help to the car. we get to the car and I have to take both carts back into the store since where you put the carts in the parking lot is full. I honestly would not have purchased anything however I WASTED my time here and dont have time to go anywhere else. Never again. I will rather drive an extra 10 minutes to target than this.!!

Was disappointed with the wait time picking up my prescriptions. The clerk went to get it from the refrigerator but stopped to collect all rx that were ready to be filed. She then filed them all then came back to me. Our temperatures today are in the 90s. I told her to please let her manager know I realize overlapping is required but come on. I had my 84 year old mother waiting in the car. Her behavior was rude. She smiled and shrugged. Guess Walmart is all talk on its commercials

The store is on the smaller side compared to many Walmarts, even with a smaller store things were crammed in areas. Rude, unprofessional employees. I tried helping an elderly woman with getting a cart and she told me this isnt for me. When all I was trying to help her get the cart so she can move on and I could get my cart. Rude customers equate to rude staff. First time, I have been completely disgusted with Walmart. Im not from the area, and wont return to that location ever

Crap hole. They shut down the automatic checkout machines at 10:00 PM every night and only have one teller checking people out for the rest of the night. The lines are crazy long anytime after 10:00 PM. I avoid this place like the plague once the automated checkout lanes are closed. Additionally this is the smallest Walmart in the area. It does not sell produce and have no bakery or meat counter. Skip this place.

If you want to be treated like a criminal, go to Walmart in Schererville. They stop you at the door and check your cart every time you leave - even if you have one bag. Then give you a dirty look as you are walking out. Cashiers are too busy talking to each other than to acknowledge you as a customer. Never anyone around to help in any of the departments. I wish they would work on their customer service skills.

I was in the ladies bathroom and it was awful. It smells and the floor was not clean and the stalls are not all working. and one of the handicap stall was full of towels in the bowl. That was not right. I dont see anyone been keeping up cleaning the Ladies bathrooms. I dont understand of how the walmart team can allow to keep on not cleaning the bathroom. Am sorry to write this. But its out of control.
