Staff is rude and dumb. If it was up to me I wouldnt give them any stars. Went to oreillys first and my problem was handled perfectly but part wasnt in stock till a few hours later. Went to autozone and the fat retard told me he couldnt do the same test oreillys did under the same conditions. Dont waste your time or your money this place has sucked for years. Horrible customer satisfaction

Usually a decent experience though their staff can be a bit pushy and obnoxious when asking what you are looking for. At least when you go here you get what you are looking for and their staff is relatively competent.
