I gave them one star because I had to give at least one. We tried to exchange a book our daughter received for Christmas. It had never been opened and we had the receipt. The manager quoted their policy - we had kept the book too long to return it. We have bought a lot of items from there. In fact, I found a nice gift book for my wife for Valentines; however, we wont be going back and Ill be looking somewhere else for that gift book. Management should be able and willing to deviate from a policy that seems unreasonable when it was a current product, we had a receipt and we were NOT wanting a refund - we wanted to exchange. We will be shopping for our books somewhere else for now on.

I have a nook(two actually) but it is still nice to look through real books. This Barnes & Noble is very nice and clean. There is plenty of space between the aisles and they have plenty of cozy chairs yup look through the books youve selected. The staff is always pleasant and helpful without being overly intrusive and annoying. I do get the feeling they truly love selling books.

Great place. Staff is always friendly in every section. Love the cafe. Drinks are always good! One of the very few Starbucks baristas that know what they are doing. Seriously.

Great place to get a good book, you can even read it there and then get the next book in the series so I must rate this 5 star or even better!
