One of the worst B&Ns around. The staff is in burnout mode and the store wont update anything. There is one outlet in the cafe for laptops and there are no plans to do anything about it. You can tell the management are rotting from the head down, and maybe thats local or maybe its the corporation. My guess is that its specific to this B&N based on what Ive seen at others. Its sad really because I love going in and working, researching & buying new books. You have to work really hard to get me not to like a bookstore but this one takes the cake.

Best place for books in the area, long evening hours, quiet place with plenty of space to enjoy a self paced browse. Coffee shop has predictable prices but definitely not as bad as many other caffeine fixes around here. Been going here many years and always have had great experiences with staff, finding new stuff from Star Wars comics to random Top Gear (before they crashed and burned themselves) magazines.

If I could give half a star I would! Extremely disappointed by the rude management and unwillingness to help with a return. Poor people skills and very disappointed by their cashier nagging me to buy a Barnes and Noble card ... at Borders their rewards card was at least free! I dont intend on returning any time soon, if ever. New management is a must!

I have had very good experiences here in the past, but today was the last purchase from Barnes and Noble. Though my cashier was very kind, a very sarcastic and cutting treatment from the customer service desk was totally unacceptable. Amazon (they have respectful customer service people) will be my choice.

College student first time going to B&N. They were extremely nice and helpful. As soon as I walked in, someone was available to help. Purchased a nook hd+ and case. Knowledgeable about their products. They do try to up sell so watch out. But its their job. Overall great!

Selection is okay. Customer service pretty easy to work with in my experience. Nice atmosphere. Prefer to visit book shops downtown or buy from Amazon. Prices are always a little high here.

B&N is a lot more than a bookstore. With a cafe, a childrens play area and plenty of comfy chairs, its a place to hang out and soak in a good book or two, maybe with a cappuccino in hand.

I love a book store. This one is no exception. Great selection plus a very good sized coffee shop inside. You could kill some time here if you wanted.
