Usually love coming in but sunday I had a different experience. Came in with my boyfriend and his mother and grandfather and I dont think the employees knew we came together. When our grandfather walked by an employee that he remembered from our previous visit he said hi to him and asked how he was and the employee responded that he was good. I was nearby looking at a display and heard the employee walk by me with another employee and say "no one should be that nice." The other employee said something along the lines of "thats so weird". My boyfriends grandfather is one of the sweetest men Ive ever met at almost 80 years old and it was frustrating to me to hear someone say an ill word about him. Im in customer service so I get that everyone has a bad day, but its common knowledge that you dont talk about customers on the floor or something like this could happen. You shouldnt talk Ill about someone at all honestly. Especially if they were just being nice.

Clean. Found what I was looking for but they try to push a lot on you at time of sale. Choose something and stick with it. Join our club, donate to a school, or selling subscriptions pick one or alternate.

I love reading, however theres not a large section for Black-American authors like at other Books-A-Million.
