I just tried to buy a Alex and Ani bracelet but was treated so poorly by the younger lady working at the display in the store that my mother and I chose to leave the store instead. There was another lady at the kiosk who appeared to have more money than we did considering her clothes and accessories who was interested in purchasing Alex and Ani items as well and was already being assisted by the sales associate when my mother and I walked in. It took over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by the sales associate which I wasnt unhappy about since I understand she was already helping someone else. However, it was her tone and attitude once she acknowledged us. She said she was already helping someone which is fine but the lady was looking through a whole collection on the counter so she could have at least asked what we were interested in looking at in the mean time. She looked my mother and I up and down apparently judging our value on our appearance. I was so offended. We waited for about 15 minutes and still had not received service from anyone in the store. Im sorry but now my whole family in town will not be shopping at your store.

My mother and I went in to purchase multiple Alex and Ani bracelets last week. There was only 2 customers plus the 2 of us in the store. For some reason we werent acknowledged for more than 10 minutes. Only one customer was in need of help and it took 2 employees to wait on her while we stood there never even being acknowledged. I wonder if my hooded sweatshirt and jeans made them think I had no money to spend since the customer they helped was telling them how much money she had. I felt totally unwelcome and like a second class citizen. Will most likely not be returning. The people workng in the store should probably remember they are working in a retail store and should not judge the people coming in that are providing them with job security (whether they need the job or not.)

I am giving a two star ratings at best. The only reason I will give two stars is because I FINALLY got ahold of a manager to fix my issue. The associates at this store are RUDE and CLUELESS when I had a shipping issue arise on a bag that was very expensive and did not show up, or even ship within the time frame I was told. I called four times and spoke to different associates who all were rude and acted like I was wasting their time, when I was trying to receive answers. I would like to thank Kelly for fixing the shipping issue. I should not have had to call four times to fix the issue at hand. Learn to value customers and maybe the store would have better ratings. I will be taking my business elsewhere if this happens again.

I rarely give a bad review but I was very disappointed in the attitude of a gal in this store - and I assume she was a manager! The gal waiting on us was fantastic (which is why I even gave a 2 star rating) and we bought 2 Lizzy James bracelets from her but apparently the manager didnt like how we wanted to see all the various styles and colors and she was quite snotty and rude to us. So rude, in fact, I went online to order more of these bracelets rather than visiting the store again!! Nice store but will not go back - and they lost quite a large sale of 3 Lizzy James bracelets (which are pricey)!
