Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Sent my wife to get her battery replace while I was out of town. Richard who helped her was extremely disrespectful. When replacing her battery he cut wires off the terminals and told her "who ever put these on here is an Idiot". The wires are for a relay and are suppose to be hooked to the battery terminals. He admitted he didnt know what they were for and yet still cut them. 45$ repair that I had to pay out of pocket because of this. I will NEVER give AA any more of my business

Walked past 3 signs that said free battery installation. Got to the counter, bought the battery and was told that I would have to install it myself. Walked past the 3 signs that said free installation and put my own battery in. I guess when they say the install is free it means that the you have to do it yourself.

Went in just to have them run the diagnostic tool for a check engine light. The General Manager of the store was incredibly rude - so much so that I had to ask him to step out of my car so I could leave. Dont go here, go to the AutoZone at Grant Line and Daisy - youll be happy you did.

This place is great. I thought I needed an entire battery ground cable. The manager came out and diagnosed a faulty cable terminal. Then he replaced it on the spot for free, with the part only costing $3...he wouldnt even take a tip. He spent 20 minutes of his time and I appreciate it.

Helpful staff. They do free check engine light diagnostics and told me to just drive my 2001 Ford Windstar van rather than do expensive repairs because most of the issues are are caused by loose connections from being wrecked . I had a car repair shop tell me the same thing.

Fast, friendly service. Went in with a faulty battery that was still under warranty and after testing the battery they replaced with no problems. The employees explained exactly what was happening in a professional manner and were able to get me in and out quickly.

Staff was very rude we came in to price spark plugs and we ended up asking a customer for help with a jump start because the employees were too busy standing around. We ended up waiting 45 min for any help. Next time we will use a different part store.
