Hmmmm....questionable if popular items will be in stock or when item will be available. Has the brick and mortar not heard of the INTERNET and of FREE SHIPPING? WHY should we waste gas /money travelling there if the popular items are always to be out? That would make me LESS likely to order from their website verses another. If a Corp is going to have a store, keep things current or allow for easy ship - to - store options and make CLEAR that popular items are best purchased that way. Thus, more isnt stocked than needed, and those wanting to buy and not worry about having items stolen from the front door are accommodated. A win-win. Wise up, TOYS R US, so you dont become TOYS RnT stocked HERE well.

Biggest issue is lack of workers, leading to lines that last 15+ minutes. The store could be cleaner. That being said, the store has the best selection of any Toys R Us in the area, so its a convenient stop for gifts for children, as well as video games!

The people here are usually very rude and act like simple things like running a register are beneath them. No one can answer questions and if you cant find it on the shelf, youre not getting it because no employees know or care to look where anything is.

The employees are allowed first choice of exclusive toy purchases making it impossible to ever get things like Funko Chase figures. And I would assume that carries over into things like Hatchimals, NES Classic, Nintendo Switch and so on....

I love my job at Toys R Us cause able to keep a smile on each and every customer face even if there are rude customers and they have a child with them Im still able to make the child happy if their parents arent.

I am handicapped with four grandchildren under the age of 3 and shenae came out with me to put my grandchildren in the car and help me with my purchased items. She was a very polite, helpful sweet lady!

Great place to get something for your nephews birthdays. The employees who work there could clean their appearance up more though. Could use more light and a gift wrapping service.

Organization of the store knocked off a star. But other than that it is a typical over-priced Toys"R"Us. The employees were nice and accommodating in our circumstance.
