They took a phone order from me over the phone and took my payment information but then called me back 30 minutes later to tell me they could not sell me the product that I thought I had already purchased. They told me since they did not process my payment that I did not purchase it but how would I know how long it takes them to process a payment?!? BAIT & SWITCH! Because I took time off work to pick it up I asked if there was anything I could receive since I chose not to make money at my job to travel there. They told me there is absolutely nothing they can do and after the GM agreed it that they were in the wrong he continued apologizing but had no action and explicit stated he would not take any action. Will never do business with again! Revised: They realized their mistake and corrected it, but did not give me anything for wasting my day calling and talking to multiple reps of nike and no apology from the managers that were rude to me.

It says online the hours are 8am to 9pm. I arrived at 9:15am and they were closed. When I called them the recording said they would be open at 9am... Then I talked to a representative who said 10am. Since I live 50 miles away I will be sitting in my car for an hour because they cant get their hours straight. Just hope I at least I find what im looking for when they do decide to open.

Drove an hour to get here only to find out they have a crappy shoe selection. I assumed the prices at the outlet mall would have been a bit cheaper. That was not the case. I ended up buying the shoes at a different store to save some money. This place is more expensive than buying from other retailers.

My mother use to shop here for my clothes growing up. Everyone was always nice and helped me find the right size to fit me when I was unsure, mom carried the tradition on many years as Christmas gifts from this store. I still wear nike and Adidas clothing at 28 and that was when I was 13. :)

Mindy helped my 19 year old son find a pair of shoes, being a size 15 isnt easy. It was experience he will not soon forget, good information and...she found size 15 socks for him when no one else there could.

Not really a good selection of shoes. Prices are ok. There are a lot of clothes that are on sale but didnt bother to take a look. I wouldnt come here if you want outlet store prices and good shoes.
