I visit Georgetown Market about 2-3 times a month. If you are a regular, you know their lunch time is busy. I typically go before noon or after 1:30pm to avoid the lunch rush. I always order the Tuna Fish sandwich with I Love Juicy drink. I always order my juice first, typically takes longer to make the juice and then order my tuna sandwich with no toppings w/chips. Today, I visited your location at 11:30am. I place my drink order with no problem and went to the deli counter where Angie (middle aged petite woman that wear glasses, had on a purplish/fuchsia color scarf today covering her hair, I made sure to get her name from the cashier before I left) was taking the food orders at the deli counter today. I order my tuna fish sandwich and requested the sandwich is cut in half. She stated “we always do that”. I said I know, but the last time I ordered, the sandwich wasn’t cut in half. I must have pissed Angie off. Typically, a basic tuna fish sandwich is the quickest sandwich to order & make. Its right in the deli case, a scoop of tuna on wheat, cut sandwich in half, grab a bag of chips. That’s it. Angie took another customer order after my order, no biggie I was still waiting on my juice order. Once she finished with the customer, I figure she would start making my sandwich. Nope. I received my I love Juicy drink. Instead of making my basic tuna fish sandwich, she started to cut 6-10 avocados, then smash. During that process, she help a couple more customers. Then went back to cutting & smashing avocados. Soon, Angie had a line of customers around the deli counter. The juice counter employee came cover over to help Angie with her line. The juice counterperson asked “what are you waiting on” since she given me my dink order about 15 minutes ago, I said just a basic tuna fish with no toppings. She had a look of “really”, look at Angie, and then the juice counterperson made my sandwich in less than 30 seconds. I have never experience such poor DELIBERATE customer service at your location. She is not customer service oriented and I’m sure I’m not the first customer she has done this to. Those customers probably received poor service, instead of writing a review, just never came back. It’s sad that one employee can ruin a customer experience

Well today was my first time here, and I must say the customer service was awful,I arrived after work around 5:30pm in aware that the hot food items werent sold after 4 and I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and was talk to by a white lady wearing a scarf in a very rude manner so when I ordered a circle city sandwich, she kind of looked and made a huffing noise as if she really was a little to busy to make a sandwich, the cashier as the other customer stated, in fact was playing on her cellphone as I approached the register, yes food is good and a lot of good products but bad customer service, dont think I will be back!!!

GEORGETOWN Market is one of the best markets Indy has !!!! I love GEORGETOWN Market because it is close to Speedway!!! They have a juice bar and it is amazing I love how knowledgeable they are about everything !! Sometimes things can be expensive depending on the product but I definitely recommend everyone to shop at GEORGETOWN Market because it is the healthier way to life once again the juice bar is definitely my favorite I love the I love juicy drink all of the natural fruits are organic and you can also custom make whatever you would like for your juice and or smoothie they have food as well the salmon burger is so good

Loved it!! I was impressed with the low prices and the selection. Im on a super restrictive diet and found everything I was looking for and more - teff flour, teff grain, miller flour and grain, raw sunflower seeds, quinoa and corn flatbread etc. They have an awesome selection of ingredients and great prices. The hot food bar looked completely scrumptious but due to my restrictions there was nothing I could eat. The only thing that didnt impress me was the bathroom! The towels were falling out, it wasnt the cleanest, and it just all around had an old grungy feel.

I have shopped at Georgetowm for many years now. Its the best organic whole foods market here in Indianapolis. I drive about 25-30 minutes each week or multiple times a week, just to get my groceries. There are other Health Food Stores closer, but I prefer Georgetown. They have a fantastic hot bar, juice bar, fresh produce, vitamins, and much more. The clerks are friendly, and Ric, the owner, will do his best to make sure you are satisfied. You wont go wrong with this place. -Linda

I love the convenience of this Market provides. The juice bar is superb and they have a great selection of everything you need. In terms of customer service, I feel this place has gone downhill in the last year. The cashiers are always on their cell phone and halfway attentive while checking out. Ive never gotten an explanation of the rewards program. I dont really feel "welcome". I would rather drive further for a better customer experience.

Ive Been Coming To GTM Since I Was A Kid With My Grandmother. And Always Enjoyed This Market. My Grandmother Is 97Yrs Young And Has Taught Me The Healthy Living Life Style And Benefits. When I Got Older My Dream Was To Work At Georgetown Market. And My Dream Finally Came True 2yrs Ago. Im Part Time. But I Love The People And Its Like Family Even With Greeting The Customers. Love it, but Juice bar/deli closes at 7:30pm when it says 8pm on the website. I drove all the way up there and got there at 7:37pm and was told they couldnt help me. If one part of the store closes at a different time than the rest of the store then they should make that clear on all websites & turn off the outside deli lights. Very disappointed.

They have everything o have an autistic son and a daughter with Adhd we have been researching natural things to help with each of their needs they are very helpful and knowledgeable.. Service is excellent everyone in my house loves the produce and the smoothie bar...they have everything I love this place!

Awesome whole and natural foods store. You wont find your typical "big box" foods here but so many items in bulk (nuts, dried foods, grains, honey, etc). Also a great little cafe that serves killer smoothies and soups. Dairy free, gluten free and vegan friendly options are all over this place.

Whats not to love! A locally owned grocery and restaurant with great items, sales and rewards program. Not to mention the special classes they have to support your healthy lifestyle. I have loved Georgetown market for years !

Nice little health food store in a somewhat underserved area, been going here for years. Staff is almost always friendly and helpful, they have good prices and a good selection. I love the Shanthamalai Nag Champa Incense!!!

Absolutely fantastic! The selection is magnificent. The service is great. And the location is ideal for north siders and west siders alike. I spend way too much here and wouldnt change it for anything.
