We used to shop here to supplement our weekly groceries. Their prices are pretty high, except they have great sales, and my husband cant get enough of the vegan everything cookies. Most of the staff is pretty great too; we have a pretty rambunctious 3 year old who we went in with on a regular basis, and the employees are super-friendly, most of them anyway. A few of the cashiers are super unfriendly, but we just avoid checking out in their lines. The prepared food bar is a step up from some other health-food stores, but everything lacks flavor and seasoning. Their produce is sometimes a better selection too, but sometimes youll run into half containers of figs being sold for $5+. The good used to outweigh the not so good, so we loved to shop here..but its always been too expensive for a family of 3 with good income to be our main grocery supplier for the week. A weekly grocery trip here is easily $200 plus for 3 people, but only $125ish at Trader Joes. *Update Dec. 2015* We stopped in on a visit home, and it was our first time in 9 months. I got food from the hot bar, which hasnt improved & still lacks flavor; super bland, the sauces they sautee in are def. watered down. I also bought a container of hummus, which upon arriving home, I realized had expired 18 days before. A few days might not have been as upsetting, and I should have looked when I picked it up, but 18 days is a long time to have expired product on the shelf. No longer desire to spend money here, will go to Mustard Seed of stop in at Trader Joes on a trip up to Beachwood.

Earth Fare is wonderful! As a family with gluten, soy, dairy, egg, and nut allergies, we need stores which carry products which cater to our needs while being affordable. Earth Fare does this exactly. They carry programs which make shopping fun like keeping small grocery carts for our kids (which they love) and snacks for the tots when were around! Buying bulk is super easy here as well with convenient locations for rice and great organic coffee! The meat counter always has a fantastic selection and everything is well organized to help us move quickly through the store (because when you have 2 kids between 2 and 4, you need things to move smoothly) Go to Earth Fare and make sure you sign up for the rewards program (free)

My family and I have been enjoying shopping at Earth Fare for quite a few years now. While we dont do the bulk of our shopping at this store I do enjoy picking up a few of the organic foods or grass fed beef and eggs that I can find at my regular grocery store. We also really enjoy picking foods from the salad bar and hot bar and eating inside the store every once in a while. My kids are obsessed with the chickpea salad! Overall, its a nice atmosphere, clean store, and fair prices for the types of items they sell. I highly recommend.

Great people and selection... no doubt. Would love to go back for the atmosphere, environment and people. However, I got 3 bags of mostly veggies, some flax seeds, two boxes of tea, a small bear of honey and some rice dream and paid $130.00. That is mostly meant for a 3 day supply for myself and my girlfriend for a new health plan. Ridiculous!!! My body wash... that I didnt buy, was $4 more than Wholefoods.. and it is already too expensive. We almost ditched our cart full of supplies and walked out. Not going back, probably ever.

I do like the store. So appreciate the specials although I dont care for the method of ringing up full price items and adjusting the amount charged at the very end. Found staff lacking in knowledge of items available. Cashier recently was cool and did not thank me for the purchase. Bakery people arent real well trained relative to things I asked. Overall the store could amp up the training...a cashier should NEVER say "there you go". A simple thank you would be best.

I feel bad for the folks who have had terrible experiences. Ive been here quite a few times and have never had any issues. The employees have been awesome in helping me find things I need and the selection is pretty good. Its a great alternative to Mustard Seed Market. Honestly, you cant go wrong at either store, but I like Earth Fare. Some things are a bit overpriced, but such is the way of life for organic items. Sometimes you pay for convenience.

Staff is very friendly! Almost everyone is helpful and has a great personality. They have a medium to high selection of organic carriers. Whole foods does carry more brands but its a larger store. The sales at earth fare also make up for it. For a health food store they have great prices!! I have shopped here continuously and I dont even live near this city! I drive 33 miles to come here every single Friday and I love it!

This place is awesome, they have Wednesday specials where sushi is only 5 bucks. I love the toothpaste here, Fluoride, SLS, Gluten Free, and Non-GMO. There is still lots of junk food you can buy from here, and they just slap a organic label on it, which is pretty ridiculous to me. But the Fresh produce is unmatched, including vegetables and meat they are all super fresh.

I really want to like this store, but every time I go back I have the same experience. The cashiers are always nice, but everyone else seems to be avoiding eye contact. I once interrupted a produce employee and he grumpily stomped over to what I hadnt been able to find, pointed, then stomped away. His reaction was so over-the-top it was actually comical.

On many occasions the staff has been completely ignorant of what they sell, where a product is, and whether its in stock. They would actually say "we dont sell that" when its right there in the shelf. The staff at Mustard Seed is so competent compared to these guys that its a total embarrassment to Earth Fare.

Atmosphere, selection and quality is all wonderful! While the staff is friendly and the place is clean, the bakery really settles this one for me--their cookies and cupcakes are the best Ive ever had. And Ive had a lot of cookies and cupcakes I my life.

Only reason I shop here is for healthy food! Over the last several months I have gotten very familiar with the staff, most of them are mean, rude, and act like they really dont want to be there. Cant wait till Whole Foods and West Point open back up

This is similar to Whole Foods but with better prices. Staff was helpful and professional. The prepared foods are also delicious. They are still not the most affordable, but the selection is vast. Glad to have this on the west side.

The place is pricey but you can find a lot of organic and natural stuff. They have ingredients and brands you cant find elsewhere. Its worth a look if you like obscure and different things in foods.

Great organic food selection, along with the juice, salad, and hot bars. There were some performance issues with some of the employees, but seems to be turning around for the better
