My experience at this location was awful. I live in Westfield and have a shell right by my house that I would call home. There is a short woman working at this shell named Robin who is extremely rude and racist. She honestly has no business being in the customer service department especially with the way she was talking to the people in line in front of me and the way she spoke to me. If I had any authority at that Circle K she would not be employed anymore. The only reason I gave this a star is because I had to in order to write a review. But my 6 year old would get better customer service than that woman who obviously hates her job

Sold me an air card for tracfone, they failed to honor it, the supplier failed to honor it. I had to go back three times, write the store manager, call tracfone 3 times and told by both "nothing i can do." both took my money, neither willing to honor a product i cant even us. its theft and i will make sure to pursue them in civil matters over it. i may be poor and use a tracfone, but that doesnt give you or anyone else the right to steal from me, sell me sham product, fail to return it when asked, and then your supplier fail to honor their product. quick to take my money, horrible after the sale honor of that. thieves.
