I like the pop. Thats about the only good thing I have to say about this BP. Its almost like every time I come here, theres almost an incident with one of the cashiers, for no reason. Ive had the wrong pump turned on more than once, Ive been told that the person didnt know how to change the syrup on the pop, so they were just out. On another occasion, there was a pair of mens underwear by the entryway, LIKE SERIOUSLY. When I told the cashier, she said that they all knew, but no one was going to pick them up. After I saw the manager walk past them, I went and used a towel to pick them up myself and threw them away.

I asked for a specific lottery ticket, the guy didnt know how to do it. I went ahead and took the tickets he printed while explaining to him exactly what I wanted. I wasnt upset so not sure why he responded with, "have a better day". Ill just go where customer service reps know how to use the lottery machine and are friendlier.

Rotten slow service indeed. Clerk is very rude and looks very uninterested to be where she is in life. Poor customers who have to experience unfriendly service and poor attitude.
