Even though they are an "Authorized Dealer" I do NOT recommend buying a NEW (not refurbished) phone for PagePlus here! The MANAGER & I HAVE HAD WORDS! I talked to Regina, the vagina, this morning; after calling PagePlus and opening a complaint ticket against them last nite. PagePlus told me that the authorized dealer HAD to honor a 30 day return policy on new phones sold. U cannot sell PagePlus phones w/out being an authorized dealer. Regina @ Cowboys in Salem, IN 47167 said THEIR store POLICY was only 7 days. I asked how, as an authorized dealer, THEIR POLICY could be different; she replied: "I dont know what else to say (maybe its on the Manufacturer?)." Well, the PagePlus lady NEVER said that. So, for now, Im waiting on PagePlus response to my complaint ticket... And, of course, therell be more to come...
