A big mess of everything, they could really use a bigger store! But its a fun place to go, I always find something there, whether Im looking for something specific or not. Its not too organized, there are like alphabetical sections but within the sections its not in order, and expect to spend a little time looking for what you need, but for as far as used stores go they always have interesting stuff. Employees have always been friendly, never had a negative experience, they try to help me with any questions I have or anything Im looking for. They often get me interested in new things too just from conversations with them about games and movies they liked. I enjoy that they have an active Instagram and Facebook and they play some interesting music in the store. The only thing I think they need to fix is to work on alphabetizing the movie sections.

I only ventured out to this Disc Replay once, and was grossly disappointed. DVDs are not well organized. The alphabetization is very loose meaning you might find "Rush Hour" right next to "Rambo" which is right next to "Robin Hood." Or the "Star Trek" movies might be spread out all throughout the "S" section; no two or three are ever right next to one another. Everything that starts with the same letter is in the same section, but theres no alphabetization within each section. Its also a rather small store compared to other Disc Replays, and so, it doesnt have a big selection. I have no desire to return to this store if I cannot easily find what Im looking for. I did not deal with the staff at all.

Awsome store, excellent selection on retro games and equipment. My only complaint is the customer service, I go to this store about once per week to see what new retro games are in stock, and 3/4 of the people look miserable, better yet, robotic looking. No smiles, no eagerness to help you. One guy had the nerve to tell me to stay away from the retro game case while he opened it and removed the games I asked for hahaha, what kinda BS is that. The only reason I go back is because they have the retro games I collect. If you dont mind rude workers, or clueless ones, then this store is not too bad.

I regrettably have to rate Disc Replay a star to that I may comment because they deserve 0 stars. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. The three employees in there today were worthless: one sat on the floor, looked at us and decided not to say anything or do anything, the second tried is best to look busy behind the cash register while the third, for some odd reason, looked at the wall. I will NEVER step foot into that establishment again. I came into the store with full intentions of spending quite a bit of money. So disappointed!!!!!!

Pretty great store. Always find some weird things to buy. Employees have always been nice to me. To the people complaining about not getting half or full price for your stuff, well what to you expect when you are going to a resale store? Seriously sell your stuff yourselves. Ive sold here before and the prices they give me are always fair. When I want more for my item I sell it myself. Its not rocket science people.

The employees act like they found something special when people bring in their stuff to sell. if youre going to sell something make sure you ask for a individual itemized list because sometimes they try to buy stuff for a quarter. I do like their selection and there business model for selling stuff. just not how they buy stuff. They need to respect that people bringing stuff to them is the lifesource of their business.

Best used prices for movies and games. Secret gem of collectables that even the flea markets wouldnt have. Havent had a worker not be polite and try to help me. Obviously if you sell here youre going to get 1/8 the worth as is with any of these pawn like stores and youre a little touched in the head to think otherwise. 4/5 wish it was open later and could order from stock in other stores.

I went to sell my blue ray player that I bought last year and it was hardly ever used and I bought it for $54 and they only gave me $8 for it I saw some dvds that I sold to them for 3 times the amount that they bought it for. Do not sell your stuff there you are better off selling it on eBay or Facebook. Buying from there is fine tho cause there selection is great

A very interesting place to shop. Lots of misc. items from past generations of game play & even current systems. Toys, collectibles, posters, games, parts & pieces, etc... This place has it all! That is except motivated employees. A bunch a millennials with short attention spans & horrible work ethics. Still a very cool place to shop or browse nonetheless!!

Great place to buy all the games that I had when I was growing up NES,SNES,SEGA, but dont try to sell them anything thats the only bad thing they will low ball you on your items then sell it for 10 times what they gave you. I still love this store and highly recommend it.

Good place. Great prices. Chill atmosphere. My only complaint is the customer service. Lately they have been....not so good. They dont know what theyre talking about and they have this "Too bad for you" attitude about everything. It wasnt always like that.

This place is amazing! I got Saints Row 4 for only around 40$, 20$ less than what I would buy at any other place like walmart or gamestop, keep up the great work guys! :) And they all the vintage games and station from like 1990s!

Kind of an eclectic mess of everything, which I tend to enjoy, but definitely not for everyone. Probably the best selection on the vintage video game side of any store, outside the specialized stores in Downtown Chicago.

Loads of things in here, dvds, blu-rays, old school game systems. Unique monopoly boards, garbage pail kids, old school star wars figures. They buy blu-rays, takes time but they can call your cell when done.

Awful staff, lazy and will not even try using peripherals with a device. If u need to do half the work I expect more money in return. Avoid at all costs go to back in the game instead

Dont listen to the other reviews, chances are if they are mean to you, you were mean to them! These guys are the nicest and always help me find the strange things I come in for!
