Went in today to see what they had in the used section. I was shocked to find out that many of the games that have been out over a year were still marked as high as new releases. This wouldnt be such a bad thing, but whenever I took a look at the used versions, the price was only reduced by 5%. Thats outrageous and clearly shows that they are either blowing up their prices for the holiday season, or theyre just constantly blowing up their prices to milk the average gamer dry. No wonder online sales are skyrocketing. Ill never be going back.

Customer service was okay before reaching the counter, a lot of people were waiting unnecessarily. But once reaching the counter I realized that the staff was working diligently for a tournament that was happening that night and was still providing excellent customer service. Surprised considering the location. Would return.

Bought pokemon moon for no charge with my trade-ins. The guy who helped me was very informative and nice. I even got to renew my GameStop Pro membership out of the deal for free. I recommend coming here. this wont be my last time
