Be aware! The sales people did a great job in the beginning. They sold me a couch that I had great hope would meet our expectations. When I received the couch, the quality was sub-par to the one in the showroom. I am now trying to work through this issue with this company and they are trying to make it right, but indicated that I may be penalized 20% b/c if in fact I have to return this couch due to quality issues, it is their policy. 100% not fair to the customer if the return is due to quality issues. If you get good quality furniture from them upfront...good. If not...good luck!! Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable furniture store.

We worked with Vincent Redell, and in the beginning it was a good experience. We bought a couch, loveseat, coffee table, and side table. He said the side table would need to be ordered and would come in a few weeks. We got everything but the side table in a few days, which we expected. Then we waited a month for the side table, it still wasnt in. We have called the past few weeks every week and he has had an excuse every time for why its not in yet. All I want is my side table and it still has not been delivered when we ordered it February 17. Not a great experience at all.

The quality and selection you get for your money is insane! Because theyre family owned, it cuts out the middle man and gets you great prices, better than anything we saw in the area. Nick, our sales rep, helped us get great deals on our furniture! Everything was discounted and he wasnt trying to push any more things on us than what we were looking for. Come here you wont regret it!

I went into the store looking for 2 end tables. I found one I liked, but they only had the one. They researched and found it had been discontinued. They made several phone calls to help me locate another one. They found another one for me. These young men could not have been more helpful. It was a pleasure working with them.

Our sales people Nick and Kyle were very helpful to us. They explained everything about the couches we bought. The delivery peoplewere excellent. They did not complain when they notice it wasnt as small doorway they had to get the couches in. Did not even nick up the woodwork. Very nice young men

Staff was welcoming, Taylor did an amazing job at finding me a couch for the price I wanted, they offered delivery, and did an excellent job on delivering on time, setting up the couch and throwing away all of the packaging. I cant wait to buy more furniture with them in the future.
