Its my favorite pet store locally. They have a nice product offering and offer grooming services. A selection of different animals are sold here. They have decent dog food brands and treats, nice dog toys and pet shampoos. I also personally appreciate their dog calming, dental, behavioral and health products. My one star off is just the premium price for their premium products. Its not that they dont have the right to charge their prices, I just know they could charge less. They make up for it with a reward card program but I just dont pay enough attention to it. The last thing to mention is they do have a seamless donation option at the checkout to help pets that need adopted. So, I appreciate that feature as it isnt imposing but it is available for the consumers who want a means to contribute.

Skeletal Decay

The woman who works with the reptiles, I believe her name is Caera, is absolutely fantastic. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions, shes extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I come in, she takes the time to ask me about the bearded dragon I purchased for Christmas. She knew exactly what to do when my bearded dragon decided to stop eating for a few days. Initially, I was hesitant to buy a reptile from a pet store, however after seeing the level of dedication and care she nutured the reptiles with, I felt confident that I was buying a healthy animal. Not to mention their 30 day health guarantee and adoption first policy (if for whatever reason you can no longer keep your animal, they will assist you in finding a home for them) is amazing.

Employee shared bogus information about aquariums instead of saying I dont know but can find out. And then put 2 crabs in with my the red eye tetras, needless to say I only had two tetras by the time I got home. No they wont warranty fish if they have be eaten by other fish. And they creased the first back ground I was going to buy, and at 36" they were trying to charge me for 52", then when I complained about the crease the manager tried to make it right and told an employee to go cut another one, didnt check it before leaving the store, got home and it measures 34".... How am I supposed to cover a 3 foot tank with less than 3 feet of film? Also the film looks like they hacked it off the roll with a butter knife. Not happy at ALL.

Dont ever buy fish from here. Especially saltwater fish. Every fish we have ever gotten from here has died. Just about 2 weeks ago we decided to get a saltwater angel fish. It has now died along with killing THREE of my other fish. I now have TWO fish left. It has infected my whole tank with ick. Weve done water changes and everything. So thank you petco for making me lose hundreds of dollars I will never be able to get back! Should we stop buying our dog food there too? Clearly you dont care to take care of your animals.

This store has a good selection of animals and supplies. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and their fish replacement policy is incredible. If your fish dies within a month after purchase, they will replace it no questions asked so long as you bring in the dead one. Its always great to shop from a business that considers customer service to be their top priority.

Nice place but people who work there dont know to much about certain animals specially reptiles they will just try to sell there over priced stuff they were told to try and sell and they like to keep snakes together in same tank which is bad people are nice there but I could def see allot of improvement needed.

I bought a couple fish there for my kids and by the next day after work they were all dead and infected my whole tank with ick losing every fish I had within two days. They were cheaper than Petsmart but I will never shop there again if they cant be trusted to keep their fish parasite free!

Repeat Delivery is wonderful. The prices are good, and I like the simplicity of not having to remember to restock supplies. Customer Service is also fabulous. There was a shipping issue recently on my repeat delivery because I moved, and they took care of it for me with almost no hassle.
