Usually I have no issues with Petsmart, but I tried buying small crickets today for a juvenile bearded dragon that Im receiving on Tuesday, and they were sold out. The gentleman helping me wasnt terribly sympathetic and said they get about 1,000 small crickets twice a week and sell out within a couple of days. That, to me, is extremely poor business practice when youre selling out that quickly. Why not order more at a time to meet your customers need for supply? Anyway, I just placed an online order on Flukers and, assuming the majority arrive alive, I will not be dealing with Petsmart anymore. Aside from that, the staff is always nice and they were great about loading my stuff when I bought my tank and stand. I wish that same reliability translated to the necessary food that their reptiles eat.

Terrible customer service with the grooming salon. Took my dog at 12:15 pm for her appointment that was at 12:30 pm and the lady told me that she probably wouldnt be done till 4 pm cause they were so booked. Long story short my dog was done at 2:30 pm but they never called all 3 of the numbers I had given them. They lied and said they called all the numbers over & over. I eventually just went up there and got my dog who had been done since 2:30. This is awful. Dont overbook obviously and keep the owners in touch and definitely dont lie or you will continue to get reviews like this.

they were asked to do a shave on my dog and they chopped his hair all up and didnt smooth it out and they did not give him a bath as promised in the grooming package . I went online and gave them my complaint and have not heard one word from this company , so I guess they approve of their employees attitudes and grooming skills because they hire kids out of high school to do it . Will never go back to the store again and I will tell everybody how horrible they are whether it be on Internet or in person not to take the dog to Tullahoma Tennessee Petsmart

Great abbreviated store (smaller than most). Most staff is excellent. Manager Michelle is NOT. You do not want to deal with her in any capacity. Extremely rude every single day. Promises things for local humane society and doesnt even show up. Lady, if you hate your job that much, please do us a favor and quit.

Weve been here a few times ( we live in Shelbyville) and its a much smaller / limited store, but does pass all other options available ( walmart, Dollar General) the staff Ive encountered have been pleasant.

Manager was super helpful and friendly. He manager was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I recommend coming here if you live near. Most of the staff was very friendly.

Our dogs have been there 3 time for nails trimmed & once for bath, took them today and they said they couldnt trim nail because of no record for rabie shot, we wont be back
