I was in this location a couple weeks ago for my birthday to find a used mitt. Low and behold, I found a used Nokona mitt for only $60 but I couldnt get it yet because I didnt have the money at the time so I would come back the next week. So about a week later I call in and say, "hey, I was in there last week looking at a $60 Nokona mitt. Do you still have it?" Guy talking on the phone, "Yeah. We still have it." Me, "alright, were on our way to come and get it." So we are on our merry way to get my new to me mitt. When we arrive, I go to the register and grab the mitt and pull out my $60 to get it when he tells me its not enough. I questioned him as to what he was talking about. He said, "They messed up the price but you can get it now for $99." I stated that when I called him, he said they still had the &60 MITT. He again said that they messed up and that its now $120 but Ill give you a deal and make it $100. I told him how we live on the south part of Indiana and we drove a long way to get this mitt. He said, "look, Im just trying to run a business here, its an expensive glove brand new so Im already giving you a deal on it. Do you want it or not?" I stood and thought for a little bit and finally gave in and handed him a $100 bill and he then said I was $7 short because of tax. I then said, "Can you not just lay the tax for me, Im already giving you $40 more than I intended and I dont want to break the $50 bill I have left. He said, "no, Im trying to run a business here and that wont do." Moral of the story? We drove 75 miles to this store for a glove he told me was $60 and then changed the price when we got there. He was also too stingy to knock $7 off so I wouldnt have to break a $50 bill. I will NEVER shop at any play it again ever again in the future. Keep your crappy glove

Went here to trade in a couple of things and purchase new. The guy at the counter (who ignored me for a solid 30 seconds of standing right in front of him) was very rude about my trade in. He also wouldnt touch my potential trade-ins and said the equipment was too old and that he wouldnt take it. "No problem," I said. I then asked if I could donate the stuff to them and they could, in turn, find someone that might need it more. He gave me a crappy look and snarled "were not goodwill." Rather than purchase my new gear there I left and purchased from eBay. Last time I ever go to Play It Again Sports.

I usually dont write reviews but I must today! These guys are the best in town Ive been to Carmel and they dont compare Im not saying I dont like them but Fishers is so much better. Kyle the store manager is the man when it comes to deals he will set you up and you wont be dissatisfied! Everytime I go in I feel like a valued customer and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Like this place as an amazon alternative, if I need it quick. The price is reasonable especially if they have sale going on. I also just got a 20% off buying taekwondo sparring items for my kid. I asked him why, he said a special discount for me and he was in a good mood! I can accept that any time :)

Not impressed! The place is not clean, the staff didnt greet us at all, and from what we saw items were over-priced.
