if there is a problem with your prescription refill, they wont contact you or anything. recently we had one that they were just sitting on for a couple days - contacted them by phone and they gave some song and dance about them not having the drug in stock, blah blah blah. got off the phone and 15 min later the prescription showed as being filled online so we went and picked it up. had we not called would the drug still not be available for several more days? or had some employee screwed up or just been lazy and when we called them on it, they actually looked and found the drug was on the shelf all the while?

The pharmacy staff here is rude as hell!!! Good luck getting any allergy medicine from them...

I will ALWAYS use the store on 46 West. The staff on National Road is very unpleasant.
