The best customer service in a long time from 3 young men! We stopped in on our way to the Derby in search of rain boots! They showed us where they were and even had gotten out a box of warm socks because it was going to be cool! AND the boots were buy one get one 1/2 off. Score when you need 4 pairs. I cant remember the last time I was in a shoe carnival but I will certainly be going back based on todays experience. I wish I had caught these young mens name. The management should recognize them! Is was Friday May 5, 2017.

LOVE this location!! I stopped at the Westport Rd location and could not find my size at all. The store was a jumble mess and not worth my time. I stopped at this location, walked in found what I wanted and few things I did not need :) the staff is wonderful and friendly. The clearance and other displays are all well organized so you go straight to your size rather than searching.

They let my Granny walk all over this store with about 3 different pairs of shoes, shes elderly and diabetic and HAD to "try" them all! Lol
