This past Friday stopped into the store before work to acquire new steel toe boots. At first the gentleman seemed to be very helpful. I tried on as many of my size as they had but the selection dwindled down relatively quickly. After finding a pair that didnt hurt my feet right away I purchased them and wore them for the duration of my work day (assuming that an extange after one day of use would be fine). After my ten hour shift and horrible pain in both of my feet I put them back in the box and tried to extange or return them. Brought them back today (the fallowing Tuesday) only to find out that the pair of one hundred and fifty dollar Worx by Red Wing brand boots were NOT extangeable OR returnable. Needless to say I will not be returning or suggesting any of my co-workers or friends buy shoes from here ever again. Human resources at Haworth will be notified of this inconvenience upon my arrival today.

Took my boots back because its been a little over a year and they still havent correctly broke in. The salesman indicated there was nothing he could do. Understandably so, but gone are the days which small shops are known for empathy. I wasnt even offered an ounce of solution. I own a small auto shop, and I know when a disgruntled customer comes in, a majority of the time they seek empathy, which I completely understand because I use to be in their position. So subject that vital asset that small shops are known for and what do you have? There is no difference from buying my shoes online versus a store like this...nothing, my next pair have already been purchased online.

The most excellent experience! I bought one pair (953s) a couple of months back, and up until that point I was open to other brand options. Not only were the boots exceptionally comfortable, the Holland, MI Red Wing store team were about as down to earth and friendly as they come. I bought a second pair (2408s) this past week and couldnt be more happy. The Holland Store gave me all the time I needed to make sure the fit was right. My loyalty is now with Red Wing. The whole experience was stellar... thank you!!!!

I work with this store on a weekly basis to get 400+ employees shoes and boots. They are very professional and extremely flexible with specific requests. I would pay no attention to the negative reviews, you wouldnt expect to return a pair of used undergarments, nor a pair of sweaty used boots. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this store and have worked with them for 4 years.

When I first entered I was politely greeted it was busy, finally after it was my turn to get help he was by then fustrated and rude I almost walked out but really needed boots and after waiting a half hour decided to stay. The soles are nice but pretty expensive.
