Wonderful opportunity to learn how to whitewater kayak. Kayak lessons from owner, Jeff Brown were great. In addition to taking lessons, folks can rent inflatable rafts to go down the rapids and rent kayaks and canoes for longer paddling trips on the Fox river. Yak Shack has quality whitewater kayaks and equipment to purchase as well.

Absolutely 5 star service!! As a beginner kayaking with another beginner I relied heavily on the advice of the canoe rental expert. He advised us on the course that would beat suit our needs and experience and our trip was absolutely perfect!!! The river was beautiful with tons of of birds and turtles.

Its a fun place. My 8 year old and me really enjoyed the rapids with a inflatable boat. My six years old is a little scared though.
