I find the employees at this Ace Hardware are quick to approach me to help in any way they can. Theyre friendly and knowledgeable. I love to go into this well stocked store for paint, tools, outdoor grills, lawn furniture, snow blowers small items I need and more. The big box stores drive me crazy. Its hard to find someone to even ask a question of in Menards or Home Depot which are overwhelmingly large. Its a nice feeling to go into a family store like Murphy Ace Hardware because I can get in and out quickly with all the help I needed.

I was accidentally sending my checks to their store instead of another ACE. Al Murphy, without any long explanation on my part, said, "no worries, your refund check is on the way." A different store is much closer to me but we have been using whenever possible the Murphy store for over 30 years. It is a wonderful family owned business. Francine

Terrible location. Employees all have something better to do than help a customer out. It took 4 people to do one in others job cuz they hate their jobs. Everyone has an attitude and would not help with tool replacement for craftsman. I will never go to this location ever again, and would recommend others to go elsewhere. This Ace sucks........

They had a bike lock for prize of $9.99 when I came to cashier it was $12.99. When I asked two of thier team they said. Aw we dont have a hoke for it. Or no prize stock. So we cant give it to you. Some of them are nice. But there are couple of them are very rude

Ace has a lot of odd items that menards doesnt carry. Good to see a small store still doing good business! They do it with great customer service!
