I have not been to an Ace Hardware in years and I decided I wanted to support the little store instead of Big buck store. Never again. 2 ladies and one gentleman working in the outdoor flower department...not one person asked me if I needed help and more then 1/2 the vegetable & flowers were no labeled. (oh and I looked like I needed help believe me). Then after I find some stuff I go into pay...one register open...the poor girl is stuck with someone complaining BUT there are other employees walking back and forth and no one opens a register! Come on

My husband and I stopped to get something to fix his car while out of town. It was 90 degrees and the manager wouldnt allow me and my dog to stand just inside the door so we didnt have to sit in the truck. He just pointed at the door and told me to wait outside.

All the older guys here are kind of D bags when you ask them a question they get all pissed off I thought it was the friendly place like in the commercials
