I went to Ace Hardware in Minooka today. I was going to go to another big hardware store and I thought Id stop by Ace first. I am so happy I did. Alyssa in the paint department was awesome! She helped me with paint colors and all the supplies I would need. I have shopped at other stores for paint and I dreaded going back to the other stores because the customer service is terrible. Alyssa explained so much to me about colors and painting. I am so grateful I went to Ace today while Alyssa was working! There is also a gentleman that works there and he has been so helpful with any questions Ive had.

Ace Hardware, in Minooka has an ace in the hole. His name is Bob. This guy is either a rocket scientist, or the Shell Answer Man. Hes solved every problem Ive come into Ace with. I shop at Ace in Minooka quite often. Decent prices, and of course they have Bob. Hes worth his weight in gold. Newer Store. Clean, bright, nice place.

Of course a small town hardware store costs more than big stores like Walmart etc, but its worth the time and money you save on gas driving to Morris.. Plus if you sign up for their rewards card, you get a nice little 5 gift card in the mail every now and then :-) Staff at Ace is always helpful and friendly too
