Tom, the manager, was a real piece of work. Tom was older, thin with white hair and bald on top. I came in to simply exchange my Craftsman gloves on their stated warranty. Ive only owned them less than a month and all the stitching came un-done on the left thumb. I brought my Ace Hardware receipt only to prove the date of purchase. I understand you cant give a lifetime warranty on gloves but the packing clearly says, "Craftsman Warranty". They started hassling me about buying them at Ace and again I asked about the Warranty... if these have a Craftsman Warranty, then it does not matter where I purchased them... Craftsman is Craftsman. Instead of answering my simple question, Tom quickly rushed back to the gloves, ripped them off the wall, tore them from the package and rudely tossed them at me. I told him I did not appreciate his attitude and then no matter what I asked him, he kept saying "youre all set now." I own thousands of dollars in Craftsman products and I do not expect this kind of unprofessional treatment when trying to get a simple warranty question answered or resolved.

We purchased our Kenmore fridge from the store, where we got amazing and knowledgeable customer service. Unfortunately, after the delivery, there were a few dings and nicks in the stainless steel, so we needed to have it repaired. Despite being outside the standard timeframe for exchanges, Tony was able to relay our circumstances to the powers that be and got us a brand new fridge at no cost. He was a pleasure to deal with. Were so happy with our perfect fridge. This Sears location not only has an educated staff but one that goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

I love this place. The staff are all kind and caring. Theres an older fellow who works there (cant remember his name) who clearly loves his job and helping out customers. He will take all the time needed to make sure you have all questions answered.

They are always so helpful and do whatever they can for you! Well groomed and knowledgeable. If they dont have the answers, they will get them for you! all and all a breath of fresh air with free coffee and water what more could you ask for?

20 minute wait after pre-paying and checking out for an item that was "ready for pickup". Buried in the back on a shelf. Friendly place, always liked the craftsman tools. Just slow service.
