I used to shop here until I sent my wife here to pick something up and when she came out their oversized shopping cart destroyed the side of her car. Menards didnt step up and accused her of trying to get them to pay for damage from something else. The refused to pull the surveillance video that same day and just ignored us until we gave up. This company has billions in revenue and still refused to step up and do the right thing. Never go here unless you want their carts to destroy your car and then YOU have to pay to get it fixed. The biggest insult is I spent a few thousand dollars there during the 2 months leading up to that incident. I spent my money with them and they spit in my face.

I recently decided to do business with Menards. My past three month experiences have been incredible. Jordan Clemens the commercial contractor account service manager is one of the most professional, kind, and caring of an employee I have ever experienced. Jordan is a tremendous asset to Menards, and is a large reason I will continue to do business with them. Menards did make some delivery mistakes, but the swift actions of Jordan kept me on my timeline, and we never missed a hitch. Thank you Jordan Clemens. Menards Carpentersville IL.

Horrible. Have ordered product to finish deck, couldnt find or order, had to reorder, order came in and wrong product, now cannot finish when work was to be completed and no one has answers. Will NEVER shop there again and suggest others dont as well.

Item was apparently miss marked. Employees were very rude and insulting. I will go to Home Depot or Loews next. You lost a big sale. I will make sure I tell everyone I can. No excuse for treating people like dirt.
