I came across the store from a referral by a Target employee. I drove up and parked, walked in. The place is amazing in that it has thousands of science, mechanical, fix-it and random items for sale. I love science gadgets, so I had a lot of fun shopping here. The prices are so cheap that it was almost a puzzling experience when the cashier rang up my order. I only wish this store was located in a more visible part of town - so that more people would know about it. If you like science and gadgets, come here.

This is the place for an hobbyist to find some really good deals on odds and ends! They have a wide assortment of mechanical, electrical, educational, chemistry wares, and other learning materials for everyone. They even have camping stuff too. I mainly go there to spend hours going through the electronic components section to buy things i did not know i needed! Very friendly staff, and if you have kids, they will enjoy it. Online store to make it easy if you cant make it in.

I now live in California, but when I lived in the South Chicago Suburbs, I loved going into the Tinley Park store! WHY did you ever close it? I still visit family there, and its a trek to go up to W. Chicago. Open a store in Palm Springs! The Internet ordering is great, but theres no substitute for "touchy/feely".

Its the Ultimate "Crafty person" or "Do-it-yourselfer" store. They sell a lot of things you cant find anywhere else. Ive been a satisfied customer for 25 years. To first time customers, I guarantee you will see many things youve never seen before.

This place has everything from test tubes and Bunsen burners, to amp meters, led panel digits, and rubber chickens. Everything is so random, yet so interesting and organized. There needs to be more stores like this. It is truly on of a kind.

Very friendly and funny staff. They were also helpful because trying to find things from their catalog is almost impossible! Prices can be high on some items,but there are some good bargains,and certainly stuff you wont find anywhere else!

My three boys LOVE going here and ask to go all the time. They save their money just to spend it here and hitting the free bin on the way out is alway a treat to them...one mans junk is a young boys treasure!

Cheaper prices than a lot of other places, with unique equipment thats hard to find in stores anywhere else. Everyone who works there is super friendly and down to earth. Love this place :)

This place was crazy! So much nerd stuff that you didnt know you needed. Wish this existed back home. Lots of fun kits and all the parts you need for circuits and other fun things.
