Definitely a Christian bent to staff and Christian fiction seems well represented. Here I found not one but two copies of Evelina by Fanny Burney as well as a copy of Pamela and a copy of Shamela; also, The Romantic Movement by Alain Bottom and The Ladies at Finbars Hotel -- which is you enjoy fiction that reflects the enormous economic and social changes of Irelands past is right up your alley. I feel that if Im willing to take the time browsing - which I enjoy -- I can always find more than enough to pique my interest. General fiction more recent than 1999 is less well represented. Prices are half off the cover price unless you bring in "trade-ins" in which case prices are 25% of cover price. Very enjoyable; very mellow.

Great store with good prices! I have been a customer for years and found many great reads, from horror to fantasy to historical reference. Lately I go mainly for their record section (which is technically a different store so you cannot use credit there). They definitely have the best record selection in the area with a lot of classic rock, funk, ambient, whatever you like. I come for their progressive/psychedelic stuff, which they always have a lot of. Last time I was there, for example, they had everything from Yes to ELP to Genesis! One problem they have which is cimminent to small record stores is really overpricing the popular Classic Rock albums by at least 5 dollars or so.

A classic example of the privately-owned used book store, Cornerstone is an amazing treasure tucked away in Villa Park. With a huge collection ranging from pulp scifi paperbacks to gorgeous hardcovers, theres something for every book lover here.

The store has moved 3 doors down. Much bigger space! More books, more space, easier to browse. I feel like Im in a mini-Borders with friendlier service and better prices!!
