Butcher’s Block meats are top notch and very fresh. I love there rib eyes, brats, t-bones, and ribs. You can’t go wrong with anything and I have been very happy with there customer service and knowledge. You can tell they want there customers happy and in today’s world this is hard to come by. Give them a shot and you will not be disappointed. BW
