Met A New Employee By The Name Of Tyler. Was Very Knowledgable And Sold Me On My First Vape Kit. Answered All Of My Questions Without Making It Complicated And The Prices Were Fantastic Compared To Other Shops I Attempted To Purchase From Before Stopping At This Location. I Would Highly Recommend To Anyone Looking For Their First Vape Shop Experience!

I tried the store in West Chicago. What a mess. I was looking for a ego battery and the selection was very poor. The displays was so messy you didnt know where to look. The batteries was in two different locations and piled on top of everything or at the bottom of the pile. Im done with this store. I will try the one in Addison.

these guys were on point for everything #vapelife drip tip custom build for every sample knowing I wasnt really even likely to buy juice that day. great knowledge no frills shop. if u got bad customer service on the phone I hope you would try and stop by their shop in person.

Be aware; if you treat your customers poorly over the phone, dont expect them to ever come back to EITHER of your locations again. I was ready to come spend $$$, but now I would proudly drive the extra mile to not have to deal with your customer service again.

They sell both original and clones. They have good prices on hardware but there juice selection is highly over priced. The employees are not vape aficionados like other vapor stores, and they are usually more concerned with making a sale.

Not my normal vape shop, but I needed a new coil and some ejuice after an accidental with my mod. This shop hade exactly what I needed and I was on my way with a working vape mod and didnt have to Shell out a huge amount of money.
