I used to stop by a few times a week to buy my vape supplies or cigarettes. One middle aged gentleman was always there and always treated me with five star service, so I kept going back. I went in yesterday and an old man and a younger guy, maybe in his early 20s, were working and were ABSOLUTE pricks. From the moment I said I just needed a coil for my vaporizer, I got attitude. The old man threw my item on the counter, snatched my money, and slammed it in the register (chill out, man. No reason to be feisty). I went outside and put the coil into my vape and realized they sold me the wrong one. I went back inside and nicely said it was the wrong coil. The younger guy tried to charge me for the replacement. I questioned him on why he would charge me when he sold me the wrong part and he just insisted I pay. I even asked him if using an attitude was necesary and he said "yes it is". Im sorry, but this is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Get the hell out of working retail if you cant control your sassy attitude. I will never return to this place for my business and I will ensure those who Ive sent there now know to go elsewhere.

The rudest people i have ever encountered! Dont know how to smile, make conversation, talk politely and it always seems they are trying to rush me out of the store. I gave these people more than enough chances but they will not be getting my money anymore. Dont get me wrong. Their products are m amazing and for the price too. Which is the reason i gave then three stars. Awesome tabacco, bongs, bowls, gringers, vapes ect, but they are just the rudest people and can say the rudest s**t about you and act like they did nothing wrong. So if you go here dont even even make conversation just buy and go. One more thing Whenever i go in there. They are watching me as if im going to steal something (not sure if its cause im a black male or just cause im a younger person) I understand they want to make sure people aint stealing but thats what cameras are for. OOOOOONNNNEEE more thing. You NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT! Because they are nowhere even a little bit knowledgable about their own products. Ive also noticed that alot of other peoles reviews say exactly the same as mine. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE!

1st time in yesterday. Only place Ive been been able 2 find CBD oil in 550mg. They were a little preoccupied with their own thoughts & personal phone calls, but allowed me 2 look around & find what what I was looking for. Threw in a handful of FREE BEES! Pretty well stock of JUICES @ just under fair market prices! NO SELECTION OF TIPS except 1 cool glass piece. DOPE selection of Huka pieces & water pipes for good prices! Overall, I was there yesterday for the 1st time & Im heading out NOW to go back & spend an estimated $500 on a BUNCH of stuff to stock for spring! Make the trip if youre looking 4 variety! !!! Awesome store! I LOVE this place! The staff is very knowledgeable about all their products as well as being friendly and personable. You can tell that they truly want you to be happy with your purchase. They have a very large selection of juices and vaping equipment. They Cary a wide variety of brands as well as both sizes not just the large bottle like a lot of other stores do. And their prices are great cheaper prices on juices then anywhere else Ive been. Honestly you want to check this place out its my go to store and always will be.

Conversation or/and customer service isnt great. They do have a LARGE SELECTION and EXCELLENT (Vape Accessories) PRICES. Its a good place to go its just not wonderful. The staff seems a bit too bothered by questions that are very important to their customers many new to the idea of vaporizing or just overwhelmed. SO IF YOUR a NEWBIE to vaporizering or dab, and all the new Medical Marijuana patients trying to understand the complicated world of medicine delivery thru smoke. I DO NOT ADVISE GOING HERE AT ALL!!! l

Worst place ever rude staff no knowledge of glass cheap overpriced glass and overall had the worst experience ever I got a 200$ water pipe I took it home put water In it and gave it a pull to see how the water flows and one of the perks breaks off went back immediately and the guy was so rude didnt want to give me my money back or even replace it you cant count your own money unless the manager is there and your in front of the camera its a bullshit store that I hope runs put of business

Cigarette prices are different everytime you go in. I buy the same thing everytime and they never scan the package they just type it in the register. One day it will be $3.55, another day it will be $4.78, and yet another it will be $5.25 all within the same week. The price on what I buy is marked $2.49 but apparently that doesnt make a difference in what they actually charge you. Something fishey is going on here. I wont go here anymore because of this.

Really great selection but the prices are 30% higher than locations right up the road. They stare at you like you are going to steal something and offer no assistance. If you let them know they are more expensive, they will claim bogus responses about the products being more fresh than others...? Even though expiation dates are at least 2 years out. Would recommend a drive to Vernon Hills and not wasting your time there.

I been to this smoke shop sever times now and the first two time I took it as the guy was having a bad day or whatever but the staff has the Worst customer service! I showed the guy a picture of the water pipe parts I need to get and he kicked me out and refused to sell me anything!! Really!! Why our you in the business for if its not your customers!!

I have been vaping for a few years and have been in and out of many shops, this one is By FAR the worst. Extremely high prices, employees who dont care about business/customers, lack of knowledge, and a dirty store. Take your business elsewhere, this place is trash...I cant imagine they will be in business much longer

Bought a ecig from the and the next day the battery shorted and burned out.. would accept a return so I said it was 30$ and they said that well I used it for a day and got 30$ worth out of it. Complete bullshit need to report them some how nothing about not being able to return non working items

theyre absolute garbage employees. Im constantly going in and they keep asking for an ID... Im aware its their job but chill. also, they are always in a bad mood. its like they prefer not getting customers than to get any. when you ask to see a piece, they make this nasty face. never going back.

Got yelled at for taking a picture and when I asked where the sign was that said "no pictures", I got yelled at again claiming store policy and was told theres a sign that says ASK FOR HELP. Okay? That doesnt explain why there isnt a sign that says no pictures??? 0/10 would not smash
