So, I only go to this shop if I ABSOLUTELY have to because of how ridiculously expensive things are, but they are also the only tobacco shop open til Midnight. With that said, Last night I called ahead to be sure they were indeed open (they used to close at 10 on Sundays.) When i get there there are 2 cars ahead of me, I got there about 10 minutes before close but I was left in line til about closing time. The male attendant last night when i asked for my smokes simply said "were out." So I go to ask when their next truck is and am contemplating another flavor and he legit closes the store, closes the window and walks away. SUPER RUDE! Id personally say you should make it an effort to go to Discount Tobacco if you can fit it into their hours of business. They offer the cheapest rates and are super friendly.

Poor customer service. Old lady working there(blonde hair) she claims shes the manager of the site I went there just after 1 oclock on March 8th 2017 and that old bat had a attitude and I told her about it all I want to do at this shop was to buy a lottery ticket and this old bitty was the nastiest little old lady I have ever seen I even called her out on the fact that she was being nasty and said that she acted like a b**** and she replied to me that I should get out and that maybe its a personality issue. Be Aware cause this totally caught me off guard. poor customer service entering a place of business.smh

Just went up the smoke shop like I do every week to buy my tobacco and tubes. Its been a rough week and I had to pay in change. The clerk stated I was "bogus". I asked him why? He said because hes not a bank and can refuse to sell to anyone. Last I checked change is still legal US currency and you cannot refuse service because of this. Ive been that guy behind a counter and had to count change. But come on man. Ive been coming to this smoke once or twice a week since I moved to the north side. Sadly I will not be returning due to this disrespect.

Their cigarette prices are very reasonable. Even with the Illinois sin tax you can still purchase cigarettes at a reasonable price. Their employees are just a great. Especially, a young lady named Nicole. The Discount Smoke Shop is open Monday through Sunday 7 a.m. to midnight daily
