On July 8, I took my glasses in to be repaired. One of the pads for the nose had fallen off. The lady at the store offered to fix it. In the process she broke it off and they stated I need a new pair.The manager said that he would call on Monday to see what could be done. I went in that Monday and they offered to replace them. I had to pay $50 due to being out of warranty. I was ok with that. They said they would put a rush on them as they were my only pair. As of July 20, they told me they are still in the lab. Not offering any reason as to why. They had told me to expect them by last Friday, and now are saying that they should be there by this Friday. Needless to say I am not happy. I wanted to share this so that anyone thinking of getting glasses does not use For Eyes Optical. I would think when you say you will put a rush on something after breaking a customers glasses, that you would follow through as quickly as possible. Again, I would not recommend For Eyes Optical and will not use them again once my glasses come in.

5 Stars for customer service! Asked if they sold contact solution and said, "No, but I can give you some. What kind do you need?" Explained that my son just started wearing contacts and she came back with two boxes of Bio true Healthy Start Kit. Great customer service!

Terrible customer service. Called to inquire about insurance and the associate was completely incompetent. Subsequently told me to hold on and just hung up on me. Needless to say, will not be going to this place.
